RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We only refund with the following conditions:

– It falls into such cases as: Book with wrong content, Unreadable book, faulty book …

– You ordered the wrong quality number, for example order 2, we will refund 1, order 3 will refund 2.

– The book is not in the description.
In addition, we do not have any return policy for buyers. Because our items are e-books. Please double check the order before you place it.

– Any other case we will review and refund 50% money back if that is good reason.

For Cengage Code: To prevent fraud in your purchase, we will verify your order. If you paid via Paypal, please take a screenshot Transaction ID, also if you paid by Credit Card, please screenshot the Transaction Statement, as soon as we receive the proof and send a key for you immediately. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Refund policy

If the book is not as described, please email us with the details:
– Order number
– Name, address, email order
– Please take a screenshots of errors and omissions

You will receive a refund within 5-20 days. However, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. Depending on the working time of the card issuing bank.

Once your refund order has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of your approval or refusal of refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, on certain days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time before your refund is posted officially.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds are posted.

In principle, we sell code Cengage Unlimited subscription without return, because it is the digital code, any website in the world is not refunded. But we will assist with checking, and making other code changes for you.
If you really don’t know how to activate code, you can send us an Email + Password at Cengage.com, we will login and active for you. After you are done you can change your password again. We do not do anything to affect your account at all. Thanks for your understanding.
